The PNC380 combines near-limitless voice communication over push-to-talk with fast data transfer over LTE and Wi-Fi in a single device.

The PNC380 uses all available broadband networks in the area, ensuring excellent network coverage, via WLAN even within buildings. In addition, the new PoC device has all the important advantages of a radio: there is a large PTT button for direct individual calls and group calls. An emergency button at the top of the device increases safety and enables a quick reaction in dangerous situations. Thanks to the full keyboard, telephone calls can be conveniently made. The dual micro noise reduction technology ensures excellent audio quality even in noisy and harsh environments.

Powerful camera
The PNC380 features a high-performance HD camera on the back that allows 4G video transmission in real time. The camera is also equipped with a flash for high-resolution shooting even in low-light environment. This allows the PNC380 to effectively help improve situational awareness and safety in difficult situations.

Compact and ergonomic design
Thanks to its compact and ergonomic design, the PNC380 can be operated simply and comfortably with just one hand. The non-slip, textured housing ensures a secure grip even in damp conditions.

Optimisation of operations
The PNC380 PoC device provides support for optimising operations: Location services (GPS/GLONASS/BDS/AGPS) provide accurate location information at all times. A built-in near-field communication (NFC) chip can be used for a variety of applications, such as checkpoints (patrol systems).

Robust and reliable
The IP67 certified radio is fully dust-proof and water-resistant to a depth of one metre for 30 minutes. The PNC380 meets the MIL-STD-810G standard and withstands a drop of 1.5 metres. The new Hytera PoC radio also has a powerful 4,000 mAh battery that lasts all day long. Robust and durable, the radio is ideal for a variety of applications such as building security, industry and logistics, major events, city management, airports and more.

Hytera's PoC application solution PTTconnect
The PNC380 is also a flexible platform for a wide range of Android-based broadband solutions - for example, PTTconnect, a user-friendly Hytera PoC solution developed in Germany. PTTconnect enables secure and fast TETRA-based team communication. The app can be used on any PoC device from the Hytera portfolio and can be easily and directly controlled via the buttons on the devices - both on the compact, lightweight handheld radio PNC370 and PNC380, including on Hytera's first PoC smartphone PNC550.
