The Crisis Management Innovation Network Europe (CMINE) stimulates and facilitates cross-sector discussions and exchanges between crisis management actors in Europe.

In the face of current crises, the need for a strong and unified European Crisis management ecosystem is become more and more evident. The Crisis Management Innovation Network Europe (CMINE) stimulates and facilitates cross-sector discussions and exchanges between crisis management actors in Europe. It acts as an Umbrella, reducing fragmentation, generating ideas and helping to identify innovative solutions to improve European resilience to crises.

By doing so, CMINE reduces fragmentation, generates ideas and helps to identify innovative solutions to improve European resilience

The network is currently articulated around three themes (known as task groups) including Wildfires, Flooding and Volunteer Management. More task groups are expected to be created shortly.

The CMINE is an initiative launched by the DRIVER+ project which received funding from the European Union's 7th Framework Programme for Research, Technological Development and Demonstration under Grant Agreement (GA) N° #607798.
