TETRA Ireland, Ireland's Emergency Services and Public Safety network is now the new providing a new paging network. The new NDRS service offers a dedicated communications network for emergency response agencies and public service professionals with improved new messaging and innovative additional features.

TETRAssist’s basic data messaging offers a range of traditional and newly enhanced services like TETRAssist bureau service, paging, delivery notification, two way messaging and there are more services to come in the near future.

Currently there are two devices available form TETRA Ireland. Both devices are specifically designed to provide an enhanced data-only messaging experience to users. Each are optimised for multi-functional messaging and personnel protection while offering the shortest response times available.

As currently there is a migration taking place with existing pager users the official “Go Live “ date is expected September 1st.  The old network stays live until that date.
