With the acquisition, Celab Communications AB strengthens the level of competence and service within its core business and further increases its presence in the Stockholm area.

On February 3, the Stockholm based company Teleteknik EC AB was acquired by Celab Communications AB, a leading provider of critical communications solutions in the Nordics, that was founded in 1978.

Teleteknik started in 1991 and has since then, like Celab, been working with business- and mission- critical communications with a focus on two-way radio systems from Motorola Solutions. Teleteknik is a highly regarded player in the industry and has a knowledge base and a network that complements Celab's existing business very well.

”It is with pleasure and confidence that we complete this acquisition. We see that Teleteknik adds relevant competency to both strengthen us in segments where we are slightly weaker but also advance us further in areas where we are already strong. In short, a perfect fit.” - Mats Sernvik, VD, Celab Communications AB

During the year, Teleteknik will be fully merged with Celab. This means that all operations will be moved to Celab’s premises in Stockholm which also will be strengthened with three experienced and knowledgeable employees within project management, tech and sales.

”As a former co-owner of Teleteknik, it is with great confidence that we hand over the helm to such a strong owner as Celab. Here we will have the opportunity to manage and develop our heritage as well as deepen cooperation with both existing and new customers.” - Victor Castro, f.d. delägare Teleteknik.
