SEE Receives Certification for Austrian TETRON Network

SEE Telecom obtained the certification from Austrian authorities for the MC-DIRRAC range of repeaters.

From 12 April 2018 Channel Selective Repeaters from SEE Telecom can now be officially used to enhance the radio coverage inside all confined and in-building areas for the Austrian Public Safety TETRA network powered by TETRON.

The approved MC-DIRRAC repeater processes up to eight channels, independently, both in frequency and in power, through per channel and per timeslot AGC/ALC functionalities and customizable filtering. Built-in waterproof wall-mounted rack, the MC-DIRRAC can be installed in the harshest environment, indoors or outdoors. The  MC-DIRRAC repeater are already approved for use on ASTRID (Belgium), BDBOS (Germany), C2000 (The Netherlands), RENITA (Luxembourg) and with the Abu-Dhabi Police (UAE)

TETRON is the national public safety TETRA network in Austria and was specifically designed to integrate underground communications with the overland system.
