Sepura looks forward to ATEX launch as 9-mths unchanged

Tetra radio supplier Sepura said that cumulative revenues for the first nine months of its fiscal year were broadly in line with the year before.

In a trading update, Sepura said that conditions in its fiscal half year from 1 October 2011 to 17 February 2012 remained positive, with demand for the company's products still resilient. The company said it delivered major projects across a range of market sectors in both core and emerging markets.

Pre-production units have been undergoing field trials with end-users from a range of geographies and market sectors, resulting in initial orders from several key partners that will be fulfilled as soon as certified production units are available.

After refinancing its existing line of credit, the company ended the last quarter in a positive net cash position. In the current quarter, Sepura expects continued strong product demand and the achievement of the ATEX Certification.
