Government operators however, will see an increase in their membership fees as part of the support for the administration of the IOP administration.

The TCCA (TETRA + Critical Communications Association) just released the news that the Board wishes to make the Association attractive to users from all sectors and has therefore decided to significantly reduce their membership fees. Government operators however, will see an increase in their membership fees as part of the support for the administration of the IOP administration.

Furthermore, some working groups produce documents and information that is valuable to others eg. SFPG recommendations. Therefore as making such information only available to other organisations a new category has been created.

The TCCA also made clear The TETRA logo is a registered trade mark for use only by Members and is aware that some locally based suppliers who are not Members but often Members’ partners do so as part of their often wider based business. They should not do so. In order to attract these members as well, the TCCA introduced another category that will allow this practice to become legal and at a reasonable cost.
