It can arise to a confusing situation in very few seconds, which is always a threat to the "protected person". "If something serious happens in such situations during the official state visit, it may result in diplomatic discord between the host country - i.e. Germany - and the other states involved," Mathias Iser demonstrates, why the use of the latest communication technologies to protect the people have become indispensable.
Established is mainly the covert communication, so third parties don’t see all the security measures that are taken. It serves mainly the coordination among the security forces, and presupposes naturally the right equipment in form of hear and talk systems, such as headsets.
