Axell Wireless Enters a Partnership with JMR

Axell Wireless and JMR team up to offer complete indoors and outdoors wireless communications solutions from manufacturing to installation

Axell Wireless, the worldwide provider of wireless coverage solutions, have entered into a partnership with JMR of Sweden. As part of this agreement Axell Wireless has acquired certain assets of the repeater manufacturer Radiosystem Sweden AB, previously owned by JMR. Axell Wireless has acquired the IPR, product manufacturing rights and the trade names of Radiosystem and signed a long-term co-operation agreement with the JMR Group whereby JMR are authorised to market and support Axell products. As part of the transaction, a number of Radiosystem’s existing employees have joined Axell Wireless to complement the groups existing R&D operations and global sales and support teams.

By combining their strengths, Axell Wireless and JMR can offer their customers a bundled solution that simplifies deployments, optimizes costs and meets the challenges of the most complex wireless coverage environments.
