Northcom, a Danish supplier of TETRA, DMR, IP/LTE and integrated solutions, in collaboration with Sepura, has undergone a rigorous certification process that thoroughly evaluates the competence, equipment, and logistics of their personnel. To ensure the highest quality of service, several members of the Northcom team have received extensive training at Sepura in Cambridge, UK. Additionally, the company has made necessary adaptations to their premises and invested in new service equipment to establish thier Service Centre. To guarantee Northcoms' commitment to excellence, the company has also undergone a comprehensive quality audit conducted regularly by Sepura.

As part of the Northcom commitment to delivering exceptional service, Northcom has implemented advanced technology, such as a machine that enables automatic testing of radios. This machine tests all functions of the radios and makes necessary adjustments for optimal performance.

Andreas Olofsson, a certified technician at the Northcom Service Center, explains:

"We can conduct thorough tests and fine-tune the radios using this machine. All repairs carried out are reported to Sepura, contributing to their continuous improvement process."

Since 2011, the Northcom Sepura Service Center in Karlstad has been one of only three approved Level 3 service centers in the world, offering the most advanced service in the Nordics region.
