The Rotterdam Municipality-City Management project group issued a favorable evaluation of the radio communications network supplier procurement, following a fruitful research phase.

Martin Sjouken,  responsible for product development productontwikkeling supervision of safety & accessibility at Rotterdam city management said:

"We are delighted to enter into a significant partnership with Entropia as a project team, commencing a multi-year journey centered on collaboration, confidence, and customer-centricity."

The new solution is based on the TETRA radio communications standard in combination with Entropia's own development Combus.

The ComBus Push-to-Talk solution is a full and reliable system that synchronizes the smartphone application, control room software, and ComBus server to enable fast call processing. The platform is entirely IP-based and is housed in Entropias' own data centers, located in a secure cloud environment.

ComBus PTT can be installed on a smartphone (with or without TETRA capability), and a single user or a group of users can set up for super-fast communication.
