Multitone Electronics plc, a specialist in the design, manufacture and implementation of integrated communication systems for multiple organisations, announces i-Message its critical communications solution, @ppear its messaging application and Ekotek its onsite staff protection product, will be demonstrated on the stand of, Buscatel Comunicaciones SL, stand number A606 at the Critical Communications World (CCW) event in Barcelona, from 19th to 21st May 2015. Buscatel Communications are one of Multitone’s regional partners

Yves Le Gal, Multitone's International Account Manager will be attending the event and commented, “We will be showcasing our products and services at CCW alongside our Spanish partner and local market expert Buscatel Comunicaciones SL. Our aim is to show visitors how our range of communications solutions offer practical real-world benefits, as well as the direct support we offer for projects and specific communications requirements.”

Multitone's i-Message, a secure IP-based system that offers healthcare and emergency services organisations greater control over their essential communications with resilience and reliability. Multitone i-Message routes communications to the right person or device in the most appropriate and expedient way with multiple paths and back-up facilities to ensure the communication gets through. All communications activities are stored to allow a complete audit trail for future interrogation.

Also featuring is EkoTek, a wireless staff protection solution and is designed to support staff that require protection onsite, such as laboratories, schools, factories, power stations, shops, hospitals or care homes. EkoTek, integrates seamlessly with i-Message, ensuring that messaging can be across differing platforms, so it is ideal for those members of staff who often have to work on their own, in potentially hazardous areas or be placed in vulnerable situations when dealing with customers, or patients. A member of staff can raise an alert simply through the push of a button, whereby a message is sent to a pre-set team, providing information on who raised an alert and their location. Not only does it give staff peace-of-mind that they will receive assistance when they need it, but help can be actioned straight away so staff are truly protected.

Yves Le Gal Added, “CCW is the perfect opportunity to discuss your specific critical communications needs with myself and the highly knowledgeable team at Buscatel Comunicaciones SL. I would recommend that anyone visiting the show should visit our stand for practical advice and help with any critical comms requirement and to find out more about our wider range of products.”
