Airbus Presents Online Critical Applications Catalogue

The award winning Tactilon Dabat is the world’s first smartphone and full TETRA radio in one device supported by the Android platform. The Tactilon Dabat can be used as a TETRA radio for critical communications and/or as a smartphone for mobile applications and special public safety apps.

With a full range of critical applications the Tactilon Dabat will help organisations to save time, money and resources - and lives. All of these critical applications can now be viewed in the online Airbus Apps Catalogue. In the online catalogue, users of the Tactilon Dabat radio are now able to choose from these innovative, professional applications. In the catalogue you can filter applications by segment (for example: transportation, public safety and mining) or capability (for example: dispatching, situational awareness, body-cam). 

The catalogue currently counts sixteen professional applications ranging from; alerting and status reporting, biometric identity checking, secure streaming of live video, finding the fastest route to your destination - inside buildings and smart messaging, alerting & paging amongst others.

Airbus is constantly looking for innovative developers who wish to join the Airbus SmarTWISP app and accessory developer programme. The programme offers four membership level starting with a Basic level free of charge. Once your membership has been approved by Airbus, participants are able to upgrade their  membership level and enjoy even more benefits.
