After a public procurement Celab Communications AB was deemed the economically most viable alternative regarding two-way radio equipment for special operations.

The Rescue Services of Greater Gothenburg is a municipal partnership that are responsible for the fire protection for almost 800.000 citizens in the Gothenburg region in the west of Sweden.

The signed contract includes two-way radio equipment, accessories and services for special operations. The majority consists of two-way radios from Motorola Solutions, based on the international standard DMR.

The contract also includes intrinsically safe radios and accessories for Hazmat operations and the equipment is highly suitable for special operations like smoke diving.
