Hytera Mobilfunk has made telent GmbH its very first Bronze partner, enabling telent to take its first big step in the Hytera Mobilfunk Partner Enabling Program (PEP).

This new program is designed to strengthen Hytera Mobilfunk's business relationships with its partners and respond to the ever-changing needs of PMR, public security, private LTE and the IoT market. The professional mobile radiocommunications company from Bad Münder is setting its course for the future.

"Together we want to boost customer satisfaction and grow in a profitable way. We want to realize our corporate vision together with our partners and become the world's most significant provider of communication solutions and services such as Mission Critical," says Frank Pauer, Deputy CSO of Hytera Mobilfunk. "The Partner Enabling Program aims to provide our partners with valuable assistance in selling our high-tech, high-quality communications solutions."

Comprehensive training program

In order to be awarded Bronze certification, staff at telent GmbH had to complete an extensive training program that was individually tailored to their business area and focused on customer benefits throughout.

Götz Hinselmann, Senior Key Account Manager at telent: "This training constitutes an essential step towards knowledgeable customer service with an innovative product. The content of the training course has really helped us to achieve this goal."

As part of the program, telent - as well as all other Bronze partners - also benefit from regular refresher sessions and added extras.

Bronze level for all partners

The aim of the Partner Enabling Program is to certify all of Hytera's partners to Bronze level by the end of the year. In the future, companies will be required to have Bronze partner status before they are allowed to sell Hytera products and solutions. "This will ensure that all our partners have the same in-depth knowledge. This will not just make our partners happier, but will play another crucial role in making our customers happier too," explains Nadine Dublasiewicz, Growth Manager at Hytera Mobilfunk and head of the PEP.

By providing yearly refresher training once Bronze partner status has been acquired, Hytera will also ensure that its partners' knowledge is always up to date. There are three certification levels in total. Each partner can decide for themselves whether they want to achieve Silver or Gold status and benefit from further training and other advantages.
