Tait Communications will highlight its commitment to collaboration and open-standards during the 2013 International Wireless Communications Expo (IWCE) in Las Vegas with demonstrations of its Digital Mobile Radio (DMR) Tier 3 and Project 25 (P25) Phase 2 TDMA solutions, including mobile and portable terminals and an interactive advanced vehicle location (AVL) application.

Tait representatives and equipment will also be present alongside partners Avtec, Omnitronics, Cisco and Zetron, who will feature a range of Tait DMR and P25 solutions at their booths.

“Our message at IWCE this year is how close collaboration and innovation with industry-leading partners, who share an unwavering commitment to open standards-based solutions, truly delivers the best outcomes for our clients,” said Brian Kirkham, vice president marketing, Americas. “We recognize that each client has a unique set of desired outcomes and looks to us to help them find the best way to achieve them.”

Tait will also participate in the P25 Technology Interest Group (PTIG) multivendor demonstration during the expo. Capabilities will include both FSI/conventional modes and CSSI/trunking modes.
