The in-vehicle solution consists of a Goodmill w24e mobile multi-channel router and a TETRAtab C-series device.

For emergency services it is critical to have a constant flow of information in the field. During the ASTRID User Days, Abiom presented solutions to achieve this.

The in-vehicle solution consists of a Goodmill w24e mobile multi-channel router and a TETRAtab C-series device. The w24e provides a reliable, fast, and secure broadband connection between the vehicles and the command & control room. It is the first router in the world to provide seamless and reliable switching between several different broadband data networks.

The TETRAtab C-series convertible Tablet/Laptop device is ‘tough enough for the front line’ and can be used in combination with a very cost effective in-vehicle docking solution including spill proof ruggedized illuminated keyboard and/or touch screen.
